Returns are processed in accordance with:

  • The Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights,
  • Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council,
  • and current e-commerce regulations.

2. Products Eligible for Return

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Undownloaded, unused, and unactivated products – i.e. digital files to which access has not been obtained (the file has not been downloaded and the license has not been activated).
  • Defective products – if a defect is documented and confirmed by our technical support (e.g. a technical error preventing proper use of the product).

3. Return Procedure

a) Return of an undownloaded / unactivated product

  1. A return is possible within 14 days from purchase, if the product has not been downloaded or activated.
  2. After confirming that the product has not been used, we refund the full purchase amount.

b) Return of a defective product

  1. Defect complaints should be submitted by email – it is necessary to describe the problem and, if possible, provide materials demonstrating the defect.
  2. Once the defect is confirmed by our technical support, we will refund the full purchase amount or provide repair/replacement of the digital product.

4. Exceptions to Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been downloaded, activated, or used (once the file or license has been accessed), in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act regarding digital content.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

5. Refunds

  • The refund will be made within 14 days of return acceptance or claim approval, to the bank account from which the payment was made or using the original payment method.
